Vashlovani 4WD tour takes part in Vashlovani Protected Areas, which is located in the extreme south-eastern part of Georgia, in Kakheti region. Elevation of the site is 100-900 m above sea level. Vashlovani Protected Areas’ total area amounts to 35 067.5 ha. It includes Vashlovani Nature Reserve, National Park, and 3 Natural Monuments – Eagle Gorge, Takhti-Tepa Mud Volcanoes, and Kakliskhure Alazani floodplain forest.
According to the legend, The name Vashlovani is derived from the natural similarity and disposition of pistachio and apple trees that leave the association of the fruit garden.

The group of travelers will depart from Tbilisi to Dedoplistskaro at 7 o’clock in the morning.
After the registration in the reserve administration, you will visit ancient Khornabuji fortress, beautiful St. Elias monastery, and picturesque Pantishara and Datviskhevi gorges. Guests will also see, the town of swallows and Alesilebi – most common and attractive landscapes in the reserve, represented by narrow gorges and steep slopes.
You will spend the night in Mijniskhure tourist shelter.
